Android Developer
TPIPR is looking for a strong object-oriented developer to assist with development and support of Android Applications. These native applications are written in Java (android) leverage the Android SDK Java framework. The candidate must be able to analyze, design, develop and debug applications with a smart and creative mindset.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical, design and problem solving skills.
- Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis
- Exceptional ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors
- Advanced OOP in JAVA
- Strong knowledge of Design patterns
- Understand the Android App lifecycle
- Experience creating Layouts and styles in XML
- Experience using Google Maps and Geocoding Api
- Experience using Facebook SDK
- Experience using HTTP libraries (Restful web services as client)
- Experience using Fragments, Activities, Intents and related APis
- working with files and efficient memory Management
- Experience using SQLite and Data Modeling
- Experience using JSON
- Ability to implement external libraries as requested
